In the same way, apartment pricing is based on a variety of factors, including availability of the apartment type, special benefits such as a great view, and the length of the lease. Yes! Forest Ridge is pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are welcome at this property.  You may have one dog with a maximum weight of up to 20 pounds.  You may have up to two cats.

Yes, our restricted breeds are as follows:  American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pitbull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Akite, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiffs, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Siberian Husky, St. Francis Terrier, or Wolf. No Mix of/with Any Restricted Breed is Allowed. *A photo and/or veterinary paperwork may be required with your application.

Forest Ridge residents enjoy complementary surface parking, on a first-come, first-served basis.  Heated underground parking is available at $25 per month.  In addition, every apartment at Forest Ridge includes a storage unit included with rent.

Yes, Forest Ridge offers a unique Assisted Living program, in which you live in your beautiful one- or two-bedroom "Senior Living" apartment, and we provide your chosen "Assisted Living" services to you there.  You pay for your private residence and only those services that you need.

You can pay your rent, submit maintenance requests, and access lease documents online through the Wimmer Communities' Resident Portal. 

Absolutely. At Wimmer Communities, we prioritize your security. We use RentCafe, a trusted platform that utilizes secure encryption and industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal and payment information.

There is no fee to pay by ACH. Credit cards and debit cards have a 2.6% convenience fee.

Yes! Each roommate will need to be registered for the resident portal. Through the payment option, each roommate can elect an amount to pay.

The utilities in your new Forest Ridge apartment include electric, and in some units, also gas service.  Please call WE Energies at 1-800-242-9137, once you have a confirmed lease start date; services must start on this date.  Ask for your new WE Energies account number and call the Forest Ridge leasing office at 414-425-1148 to provide confirmation that services have been set up and your new account number.  You may also email this information to [email protected].

Residents earn a $500 rent credit by referring friends, family members, or co-workers to our community.  When someone you refer signs a lease and moves into an apartment, you will receive your bonus the month after their move-in.

Please note that the insurance coverage maintained by Wimmer Communities does not protect our residents from loss of personal property, no matter the cause of damage or loss. We do not assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage to or loss of any of our residents' personal property or the personal property of any guests of our residents, no matter where that property is stored in or on the Property. Residents are advised to obtain a Renter's Insurance Policy to protect household goods and personal property. Upon request, a provider can be recommended.
