Serving as the center of community life, the Grand Atrium offers club-like amenities along with a variety of programs and services provided by an attentive, caring support staff. Caged and/or exotic animals including, but not limited to, ferrets, mice, rats, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, farm animals and other exotic animals are not allowed.

Parking & Storage

Forest Ridge residents enjoy complementary surface parking, on a first-come, first-served basis. Heated underground parking is available at $25 per month. In addition, every apartment at Forest Ridge includes a storage unit included with rent.
