Before you move in, we encourage you to visit your Wimmer Community, meet our dedicated staff, see your new apartment home (or one that's comparable in size and floor plan), and check out all the great amenities and services that Wimmer offers its residents. To request a guided tour, simply drop by any Wimmer Community during regular office hours and ask for a member of our sales team or visit our Apartments Page to make an appointment at that community.

Apartment pricing is like buying a car. Your monthly car payment will be a combination of factors such as the car model, the car's amenities (does it have heated seats and a tech system?), and the length of your car loan. In the same way, apartment pricing is based on a variety of factors including availability of the apartment type, special benefits such as a great view of a golf course, and the length of the lease.

Yes! We have flexible lease options as short as 3 months and over 12 months available. View availability online and apply instantly, or speak with a leasing professional at the property of your choice.

In addition to our innovative floor plans, exceptional amenities, dedicated staff, and outstanding services, Wimmer Communities offers valuable move-in specials based on lease terms and community location. Yes! Wimmer Communities are pet friendly! Each property has site-specific pet requirements, which are highlighted in our online application and property web page. Several of our properties have no weight limit restriction on dogs.

Yes, for the majority of Wimmer properties pet fees range from $25-$35 per pet, per month. There is a one-time $200 non-refundable fee per dog and $150 non-refundable fee per cat. There is no pet security deposit.

Please check with the individual property you are considering for exceptions.

Yes, our restricted breeds are as follows:

American Staffordshire Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiffs, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Siberian Husky, no mix of Wolf, no mix of any restricted breed.

These restrictions do not apply to service animals.

No. However, Wimmer Communities has formed a partnership with a premier furniture rental company. You can rent the furniture you need directly from them. For more details, please visit our Apartments Page to find the contact informationof your Wimmer Community.

Although our communities do not directly handle the setup of corporate leases, we can refer you to corporate leasing companies that are approved to work with several of our communities. They can handle the work for you! For more information about corporate housing availability, please contact the leasing office of the Wimmer Community in which you're interested.

At Wimmer Communities, we understand that how you live is just as important as where you live. For that reason, our apartment homes offer an abundance of on-site amenities to enhance the quality of your life. For your convenience, on-site garage parking is included at many properties. For Residents

You can pay your rent, submit maintenance requests, and access lease documents online through the Wimmer Communities' Resident Portal. View the video below to learn how to register for this convenience.

There is no fee to pay by ACH. Credit cards and debit cards have a 2.6% convenience fee.

Yes! Each roommate will need to be registered for the resident portal. Through the payment option, each roommate can elect an amount to pay.

It's easy the Wimmer Way, our exclusive service for new residents of Wimmer Communities' luxury rental communities. Our Front Desk offers an array of services—including the ability to make rent payments, place a service request, connect your utilities, and even meet your neighbors.

The best neighbor is the one you choose. That's why Wimmer Communities has set up resident referral programs in each of its apartment home communities. It's a great opportunity to earn some extra spending money by introducing your friends to Wimmer Communities luxury apartment living, resort style amenities, and maintenance-free lifestyle. Simply call, e-mail, or drop by your community's management office to recommend a friend or learn more about Wimmer Communities resident referral program.

For the safety, security, and peace of mind of our residents, Wimmer Communities recommends, but does not require, rental insurance. Please note that the insurance coverage maintained by Wimmer Communities does not protect our residents from loss of personal property, no matter the cause of damage or loss. We do not assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage to or loss of any of our residents' personal property or the personal property of any guests of our residents, no matter where that property is stored in or on the Property. Residents are advised to obtain a Renter's Insurance Policy to protect household goods and personal property. Upon request, a provider can be recommended.
