24-Hour On-Call Maintenance<\/h2>\n

Our 24-hour on-call maintenance amenity means maintenance technicians are assigned on-call weeks on a rotating basis. Each technician typically works approximately three weeks per year<\/strong> providing after-hours responses, with overtime pay when applicable.<\/p>\n

Techs may also trade on-call weeks with coworkers if they have a conflict in their personal lives. This provides flexibility for our team while ensuring our residents always have access to the maintenance support they need.<\/p>\n
