We are ready and willing to train staff in the “Wimmer Way.” That means do it right the first time. That means quick response times. That means having maintenance technicians available to our residents 24/7.
24-Hour On-Call Maintenance
Our 24-hour on-call maintenance amenity means maintenance technicians are assigned on-call weeks on a rotating basis. Each technician typically works approximately three weeks per year providing after-hours responses, with overtime pay when applicable.
Techs may also trade on-call weeks with coworkers if they have a conflict in their personal lives. This provides flexibility for our team while ensuring our residents always have access to the maintenance support they need.
