The Centennial accepts Section 8 vouchers. We will work with the housing agency providing the voucher, for a smooth move-in process. We are still required to verify your income/assets for the Section 42 or Market Rent units, in addition to what housing processes.

Market Rent Housing

For those applicants whose income exceeds the Section 42 income limits, we offer a handful of 1 and 2 Bedroom market rent apartments.
