Application-Information
The Centennial offers 3 housing options:
Section 42 Affordable Housing. Section 8 Low Income Housing Vouchers, and Market Rent apartment homes.
See below for details on each housing option.
Section 42 Affordable Housing
The Centennial is a Section 42 Affordable Housing property, which provides rents lower than market rent, if an applicant meets the program income limits. Compliant households must have at least one member who is 55 or better and household income that meets the maximum income limit established by HUD for the metropolitan statistical area.
Section 42 Wait List: OPEN
Please contact management if you are interested in being added to the list. Applications will not be accepted until a unit is offered.
Section 8 Low Income Housing
The Centennial accepts Section 8 vouchers. We will work with the housing agency providing the voucher, for a smooth move-in process. We are still required to verify your income/assets for the Section 42 or Market Rent units, in addition to what housing processes.
Market Rent Housing
For those applicants whose income exceeds the Section 42 income limits, we offer a handful of 1 and 2 Bedroom market rent apartments.
