Cats, dogs, and birds are welcome at this community!- Maximum of two pets per household
- 30lbs. weight limit
- Caged and/or exotic animals including, but not limited to, ferrets, mice, rats, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, farm animals and other exotic animals are not allowed.
- Do you have a family pet other than a cat, dog, or bird? Please call the leasing office so we can discuss your options.
Pet Fees: Pet fees apply to each pet (cat, dog, or bird) in the household.
Dogs & Cats:
- $20 per month, per pet
- $250 one-time refundable fee per pet
A photo and/or veterinary paperwork may be required with your application.
