- 30lbs. weight limit
- Caged and/or exotic animals including, but not limited to, ferrets, mice, rats, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, farm animals and other exotic animals are not allowed.
- Do you have a family pet other than a cat, dog or bird? Please call the leasing office so we can discuss your options.
Pet Fees: Pet fees apply to each pet (cat, dog, or bird) in the household.
