Pet Policy

Both cats and dogs are welcome at this community!

Up to two pets welcome per household.
No size or weight restrictions!
Caged and/or exotic animals including, but not limited to, ferrets, mice, rats, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, farm animals and other exotic animals are not allowed.

Pet Fees:

$35 per month, per pet
$200 one-time non-refundable fee per pet

Prohibited breeds: American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pitbull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Akite, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiffs, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Siberian Husky, St. Francis Terrier, or Wolf. No Mix of/with Any Restricted Breed is Allowed. *A photo and/or veterinary paperwork may be required with your application.

Parking and Storage Policy

Parking and Storage included with rent!

At The Artisan, residents enjoy free parking included with their rent, whether they park in our heated, underground parking lot or our surface lot. Please inquire as to the actual number of parking spots included with your rent, as it is based on apartment unit type. In addition, bike storage is available in the garage at no extra fee. Our surface parking lot is for guests and additional resident parking on a first-come, first-served basis. A dual-nozzle EV charging station is ready and waiting in the Artisan parking lot for resident use, at no additional cost. Residents also enjoy a heated storage unit included with their rent.

Fitness Equipment

The Artisan Fitness Center is located on the Penthouse Level of stately Artisan at Georgetown Square. Huge windows overlook Brookfield’s Greenway Trail and the adjacent golf driving range. Step out on the lovely balcony for a bit of fresh air. We feature Matrix touchscreen equipment listed below.
