Pet Policy

Both cats and dogs are welcome at this community!

  • Up to two pets are welcome per household.
  • No size or weight restrictions!
  • Do you have a family pet other than a cat or dog? Please call the leasing office so we can discuss your options.
  • Caged and/or exotic animals including, but not limited to, ferrets, mice, rats, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, farm animals and other exotic animals are not allowed.

Pet Fees:

  • $35 per month, per pet
  • $200 one-time non-refundable fee per pet

Prohibited breeds: American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pitbull Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Akite, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiffs, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Siberian Husky, St. Francis Terrier, or Wolf. No Mix of/with Any Restricted Breed is Allowed. *A photo and/or veterinary paperwork may be required with your application.

Comments: All pets must be accompanied by a resident and controlled with a leash or pet carrier when outside of your apartment. Tie outs on patios are not allowed.

Parking & Storage Policy

Parking and storage included with rent!

Poplar Creek Town Center Apartment Buildings offer a complementary heated, underground parking space to all residents. One reserved surface parking spot is provided, as well, at no charge. An additional underground parking space is available for a fee.

All Poplar Creek Town Center apartments include storage at no additional charge. Bike storage is provided in the EastTown and WestTown buildings, first-come, first-served.

Our CrossTown Clubhouse has an incredible fitness center with Matrix touchscreen equipment and a spacious circular room set apart for stretching with a rack of mats and exercise balls. Poplar Creek Town Center – EastTown Fitness Center

Our EastTown Fitness Center is on the second floor of the EastTown Atrium and is open to all Poplar Creek Town Center residents. We feature Matrix touchscreen equipment listed below. Two huge banks of windows open up this lovely space to nature on one side and all the “comings and goings” of the community on the other side. A separate second room features space for stretching with mats and exercise balls available.
