Can I see the floor plans of a Wimmer Community apartment home?

Wimmer Communities offers an outstanding variety of innovative and spacious apartment home layouts designed to address your unique requirements. Based on the specific community, you can choose from studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment residences—all designed for gracious living with unsurpassed amenities. To view the floor plans available in a specific Wimmer Community, please visit our Apartments Page and follow the links to that community's specific home page. Can I see an apartment before completing an application?

Absolutely! Before you move in, we encourage you to visit your Wimmer Community, meet our dedicated staff, see your new apartment home (or one that's comparable in size and floor plan), and check out all the great amenities and services that Wimmer offers its residents. To request a guided tour, simply drop by any Wimmer Community during regular office hours and ask for a member of our sales team or visit our Apartments Page and follow the links to that community's specific home page.  Click "Request a Showing" to make an appointment at that community.


Do you have short term and longer leasing plans available?

Yes!  We have flexible lease options as short as 3 months and over 12 months available. View availability online and apply instantly, or speak with a leasing professional at the property of your choice.

Do you offer Preferred Provider discounts?

Wimmer Communities applicants who are currently employed at select companies are eligible to receive a waived application fee upon approval.  CLICK HERE for more information.

Do you have move-in specials?

In addition to our innovative floor plans, exceptional amenities, dedicated staff, and outstanding services, Wimmer Communities offers valuable move-in specials based on lease terms and community location. Are Wimmer Communities Pet Friendly?

Yes! Wimmer Communities are pet friendly! Each property has site-specific pet requirements, which are highlighted in our online application and property web page. Several of our properties have no weight limit restriction on dogs.

Does Wimmer Communities charge pet fees?

Yes, for the majority of Wimmer properties pet fees range from $25-$35 per pet, per month. There is a one-time $200 non-refundable fee per dog and $150 non-refundable fee per cat.  There is no pet security deposit.

Please check with the individual property you are considering for exceptions.

Do you have dog breed restrictions?

Yes, our restricted breeds are as follows:

American Staffordshire Terrier, Alaskan Malamute, Akita, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Mastiffs, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Siberian Husky, no mix of Wolf, no mix of any restricted breed.

These restrictions do not apply to service animals.

Are furnished apartments available for rent?

Your new Wimmer Communities apartment home is more than an address; it's a lifestyle that lets you make the most of your time by taking advantage of Wimmer Communities' exceptional services— including furniture rental. To serve your needs for a furnished apartment, Wimmer Communities has formed a partnership with a premier furniture rental company. Is corporate housing available?

Wimmer Communities welcomes all inquiries regarding the availability of luxury corporate rentals in its apartment home communities. Do Wimmer Communities apartments include garages?

At Wimmer Communities, we understand that how you live is just as important as where you live. How do I pay my rent online?

You can pay your rent, submit maintenance requests and access lease documents online through the Wimmer Communities' Resident Portal. View the video below to learn how to register for this convenience.

Is it safe to pay online?

Is there a fee to pay online?

There is no fee to pay by ACH. Credit cards and debit cards have a 2.3% convenience fee.

Can roommates use the online payment option?

Yes! Each roommate will need to be registered for the resident portal. Through the payment option, each roommate can elect an amount to pay.

How do I connect my utilities?

It's easy the Wimmer Way, our exclusive service for new residents of Wimmer Communities' luxury rental communities. Our Front Desk offers an array of services—including the ability to make rent payments, place a service request, connect your utilities, and even meet your neighbors.


How can I refer a friend?

The best neighbor is the one you choose. That's why Wimmer Communities has set up resident referral programs in each of its apartment home communities. It's a great opportunity to earn some extra spending money by introducing your friends to Wimmer Communities luxury apartment living, resortstyle amenities, and maintenance-free lifestyle. Simply call, e-mail, or drop by your community's management office to recommend a friend or learn more about Wimmer Communities resident referral program.


How do I sign up for Renter's Insurance?

For the safety, security, and peace of mind of our residents, Wimmer Communities recommends, but does not require, rental insurance. Please note that the insurance coverage maintained by Wimmer Communities does not protect our residents from loss of personal property, no matter the cause of damage or loss.  We do not assume any responsibility whatsoever for damage to or loss of any of our residents' personal property or the personal property of any guests of our residents, no matter where that property is stored in or on the Property.  Residents are advised to obtain a Renter's Insurance Policy to protect household goods and personal property.  Upon request, a provider can be recommended.


How do I place a Maintenance Request?

Maintenance-free living is one of the many award-winning services you will discover when you make Wimmer Communities your home. Our management services team is committed to your comfort and convenience and will respond quickly to your maintenance needs. At Wimmer Communities, we track each maintenance response to ensure that your requests are handled in a timely fashion. This is just one of the many advantages of living at a Wimmer Community.
