At Wimmer Communities we are committed to the health and well-being of our employees, residents and communities but especially now, during these uncertain times. We want our residents to be safe and continue to feel comfortable in the place they call home. To achieve this, we have and will institute precautionary measures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We would like to thank all our Residents for sticking with us through these challenging times. Your continued support of our efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 has allowed us to begin executing plans to reopen.
We anticipate that the situation surrounding COVID-19 will remain fluid, and as such, plans for reopening will need to be gradual. With this in mind, we have developed a phased in approach for reopening that aligns with guidance from national and state health experts, as well as industry best practices.

Cleaning and Disinfectant Products and Procedures: Hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes or other cleaning products may be supplied by management for use by Residents and Guests when visiting the leasing office. Due to limited availability of these types of products, we cannot guarantee the availability of these items all the time. Residents are responsible for providing their own hand sanitizer and disinfectant when needed that you only use what you need for the immediate purpose.

Our ability to continue working toward a full reopening requires the support and cooperation of all Residents. Although the Wimmer management team will be taking additional precautions during the gradual reopening, this should not be construed as a guarantee for your health and safety.
