During the month of April, we are waiving the convenience fee for Wimmer Residents paying rent online by credit card. If you need assistance registering to pay online, please contact the leasing office. We’re always here to help!
We invite you to use our website to explore our community virtually. Our website offers videos and photos of our communities and amenities, interactive floor plans, the ability to view availability and apply online. Leasing agents are available via email or phone to answer questions or set up a virtual visit.
Property Office Hours
Our virtual offices are open for business! While we have temporarily closed our physical property offices, the leasing team is available by phone and email.
Common Community Spaces
To maintain CDC-recommended social distancing and to reduce the risk of exposure, we have closed our Clubhouses and other common shared spaces temporarily. Notices will be posted informing the residents of reopening dates. Our already thorough cleaning and sanitation protocols in all common areas have been enhanced.
Residents will receive updates by email, and notices will be posted at building entrances and elevators. We are temporarily deferring non-emergency maintenance requests during this time. Payments can be made through the Resident Portal by ACH at no charge.
