Wimmer Communities offers a wide range of apartment communities in many suburban Milwaukee locations. We offer mid-century modern in West Allis and new construction in Brookfield, we offer Lake Country living in Pewaukee and condo-style homes in Oak Creek. But for those of us who work at Wimmer Communities, we each have our favorite details found at a Wimmer Community. We asked our Regional Managers to share their favorite details found in a Wimmer community within their region.

The Orchard Apartments in Hales Corners – My favorite detail at The Orchard Apartments in Hales Corners is the private apple orchard that residents can enjoy on their walks and of course eat the delicious apples. The apple orchard has been on this very property since 1847 and every spring the fragrant blossoms fill the air, followed months later by the harvest. Our residents really enjoy this unique detail!
Westfield Apartments in Greenfield – Four-legged residents (and their best friends!) love the private dog run at Westfield Apartments in Greenfield and it is one of my favorite details in a Wimmer Community. The lush green grass is a great place for off-leash exercise and play. Residents enjoy relaxing on the bench and appreciate the convenience of the pet waste station.
Heritage House Senior Apartments in West Allis - Residents of Heritage House Senior Apartments in West Allis love the unique sun-drenched 3-story atrium, which is the community gathering place. Every floor opens onto the atrium and the dining room practically floats in the gorgeous space. And during the holidays every banister is decorated with garland, making it festive and fun…and making it one of my favorite details in a Wimmer Community!

Rivershire Apartments in Greenfield – One of my favorite details in a Wimmer Community is found at Rivershire Apartments in Greenfield. I love the beautifully updated Clubhouse and Fitness Center. I worked at the property during the construction and was able to see the amazing transformation. Now the residents have a spacious fitness center with amazing natural light and a great clubhouse for parties.
Centennial Park Apartments in Oak Creek – I love the different sections of the property that Centennial Park Apartments in Oak Creek has to offer. Each section is priced appropriately and offers great apartment homes in all price ranges. My favorite though, is CPA2 (Centennial Park South) and the updated kitchens, modern lighting, open concept, and white doors and trim. Very modern and elegant…and one of my favorite details in a Wimmer Community.
Sanctuary Apartments in New Berlin – Another one of my favorite details at a Wimmer Community is found at The Sanctuary Apartments in New Berlin. I love the condo-style apartments that the Sanctuary has to offer, the convenient individual private entrances into your home. But my favorite things about the community are the beautiful grounds, mature trees, natural setting, and the fountain and pond right behind the pool area.

RiverWalk on the Falls Apartments in Menomonee Falls – One of my favorite details at a Wimmer Community is found at RiverWalk on the Falls Apartments in Menomonee Falls. All the small details at the property are incredible, but if you have a chance to drive by the community at night, it is a beautiful site. The Falls with the lights and the pool in the background…it is a gorgeous sight, a bit enchanting!
Poplar Creek Apartments in Brookfield – The modern touches at Poplar Creek Apartments in Brookfield make this community and its details one of my favorites. I love the glass sculpture above the entrance door. It consists of individual pieces of blue-blown glass, put together to create a captivating art piece.
The Artisan at Georgetown Square in Brookfield – All of our communities offer beauty in their own way. But The Artisan at Georgetown Square’s color scheme is one of my favorite details found at a Wimmer Community. Consisting of white, black, and gold, the design is elegant, sophisticated, and classic. You also can’t miss jaw the dropping 11’ sculpture at The Artisan.
