Every resident has full access to our private Resident Club in the heart of the campus. Our 12,800 square foot Resident Club is a showstopper with Meeting/Party Room, Co-workspace, Golf Simulator, Health Club, Pet Spa, Maker’s Space, Outdoor Pool, Grill/Picnic Area, and Poolside Lounge. There are also off campus highlights that add to the neighborhood, including The Corners of Brookfield across the street, where more restaurants, entertainment and shopping await.

Residents of Poplar Creek will enjoy a multitude of amenities, both within and surrounding the community. With about 3 miles of sidewalks and wooded walking paths, getting your steps in has never been easier! In fact, 39% of our 25+ acres is Green Space known as the Poplar Creek Preserve, a peaceful space for residents to enjoy. The scenic beauty of the Poplar Creek that meanders through the campus will become a favorite of Fidos as well! The Poplar Creek Town Center respects the land and will fulfill sustainability goals through preservation of woods and wetlands, while creating new park areas and a playground for residents to enjoy.
